Vintage Fabric Cards

I scored a box of sewing bits and pieces recently from Freegle (an alternative to Freecycle, and for my local area, much better!) and in it was this adorable little offcut of vintage fabric.

It was too small to use for anything other than a tiny little craft project, but it was perfect for making a sweet little birthday card. I cut out one of the girls, trimmed the edges and glued it onto the card with bog standard white glue. Once dried,  I added a little pink heart shaped button, and that was it! Sweet, simple and proving that even the smallest fabric scrap has it’s uses!

So cute! I love this! But if I made something like this, I would never want to give it away!
